Custom Spray Tan

What To Do Before During and After Custom Spray Tan

Before

Preparation is key to achieving a flawless spray tan. Before your appointment, exfoliate your skin thoroughly to remove any dead skin cells. Pay extra attention to rough areas like elbows, knees, and ankles. Avoid applying lotions, perfumes, or deodorants on the day of your tan, as these can create a barrier that affects the tanning solution. Wear loose, dark clothing to your appointment to avoid any potential staining.

During

During your spray tan session, follow the technician's instructions to ensure an even application. Stand still and in the proper positions as guided, allowing the technician to reach all areas of your body. Feel free to ask questions or request adjustments during the process. The application is quick and typically takes only a few minutes, after which you should avoid touching your skin to allow the tan to set evenly.

After

Once your spray tan is complete, allow the solution to dry thoroughly before getting dressed. For the first 6-8 hours, avoid showering, sweating, or applying any products to your skin to allow the tan to develop fully. After your initial rinse, moisturize daily to extend the life of your tan and maintain even fading. Avoid exfoliating until you’re ready for your next session to keep your tan looking its best for as long as possible.

Dermaplane Add-on

Dermaplaning is a physical and gentle form of exfoliation to remove the top layer of dead skin, peach fuzz/vellus hair and reveal brighter, smoother skin. Client needs to be still during treatment which requires the use of a surgical blade.

Zit Zapper/High Frequency

Highly recommended for clients struggling with acne on face and/or body! Add to your treatment or book a quick in and out maintenance appointment each week between facial treatments to keep inflammation and acne bacteria at bay.
